Olga Ungar is a researcher of visual and cultural heritage, with expertise in East-Central European Jewish art, history, and culture.

Olga was born in Novi Sad. She graduated from the Novi Sad Academy of Arts, Sculpture Department, and earned a master's degree from the joint program of the Academy of Arts and Design, Bezalel and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. She holds a PhD from the Program in Contemporary Jewry, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.
